OVERVIEW

Our return policy is 30 days. After 30 days of purchase, it is unfortunately not possible to request a refund or exchange.

In order to make a return, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Various types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Additional items that cannot be returned:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

* Some personal hygiene and health items

To make the return, present the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In certain cases, only partial refunds will be issued (when applicable):

* Books with obvious signs of use

* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes or vinyl records that have

been opened.

* Any product that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts, not due to

any error on our part.

* Any product that is returned more than 30 days after delivery Refunds (when applicable).

Once the product for return is received and verified, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your goods for return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed. We will automatically issue the credit to your credit card or payment method of purchase in a few days.

 

Refund late or not received (when applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account again.

Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be released.

Then contact your bank. In general, there is a processing time before a refund is posted.

Goods on offer (when applicable)

You can only request a refund for normal priced products. Unfortunately, it is not possible to request a refund for the goods on offer.

 

Exchanges (when applicable)

We only exchange products that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send an email to contact@christinecompany.co and send your product to: 4400 W Hillsboro Blvd Ste. 4, Coconut Creek, FL, 33428, United States.

 

Gifts

If the product was marked as a gift during purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate with the same value as the purchase. You will receive a gift certificate in the mail when we receive the returned product.

If the product was not marked as a gift during the purchase, or if the gift recipient sent the product to himself to deliver it personally, we will send a refund to the person who gave the gift. That person will know that you requested the return.

Freight

To return the product, you must send it to: 4400 W Hillsboro Blvd Ste. 4, Coconut Creek, FL, 33428, United States.

You will be responsible for paying the freight to return the product. We do not refund shipping. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, return shipping times may vary.

If you are shipping a product over $ 75, consider hiring a freight service with tracking or insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of the returned product.
